For my first assignment I looked at the twitter page of the comedy TV show, It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. I accessed the twitter page from the show’s main web page. It was easy to find this link because it was well labeled on the web page. Furthermore, the main web page has an icon that shows popular tweets as they are submitted. The twitter page is really cool because of its lay-out and idea. There is a large grid that displays the profile pictures of tweeters who recently wrote about the show on their page. When you scroll over the pictures with the cursor, the tweet that they posted are displayed. The page also has an actor from the show submit tweets throughout the week. There is also an option to switch from the grid view to the list view which most twitter pages have. The last thing that was impressive about the twitter page was that there was an easy link to the It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia facebook page. Like the twitter page, you can see postings without actually having to go on facebook. The twitter page and facebook page are important because they keep active watchers engaged in the show.
